Acoustic Hybrid strings

An acoustic string set which is a hybrid variation of our Archtop and Master Class Double wound sets. They are made with two wraps, under wrap in Nickel Plated Steel and an outer wrap in Phosphor Bronze. They have a warm 'acoustic' tone but with increased magnetic properties to work with magnetic pickups on acoustic guitars. Newtone Shorties Bass Strings are designed specifically for short (30") and medium (32") scale basses. They have a bright, punchy tone which is missing from standard strings on instruments with short/medium scale lengths. This is achieved with unique core to warp ratios, particularly on the E and A strings, which suffer the most from lack of tension.
